Are you ready to strengthen your team and make changes that truly stick?

Leading change in schools is complex.

But with the right team around you, it becomes far more possible.

Many care deeply about improving education — and with stronger alignment, those ideas can gain traction, build momentum, and bring people with you.

Hi, I'm Ellie ClARK

I build coaching skills that strengthen how leaders lead their teams and how teachers impact student learning.

I believe schools can be better.

Not just slightly improved, but reimagined to truly support how young people learn and grow.

I became an educator to be part of that change. What I didn’t expect was how hard change actually is.

  • I’ve led the development of new programs in two schools, navigating resistance, uncertainty, and the pressure to prove myself.

What I learned is this — change doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It comes from leading better conversations.
The kind that create clarity, ownership, and momentum.

That’s the work I do now.
